By using the PACT Protocol, you agree to these Terms. PACT determines the release of funds based strictly on the provided Proof of Work and the original Scope agreed upon by both parties.
We are a neutral facilitator. We do not employ Agents or guarantee the quality of their work beyond the objective scope defined in the Pact.
We collect only the information necessary to facilitate the transaction and comply with financial regulations (KYC/AML). This includes your email, payment details (processed securely via Stripe), and any files uploaded as Proof.
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell your data to third parties.
In the event of a dispute, PACT appoints a neutral third-party arbiter to review the evidence. The arbiter's decision is final and binding with respect to the release of funds held in escrow.
